Hello Fairmount!

Anyone looking for detailed information about FIFA Fan Fest at Lemon Hill, please use this website, which has the hours of operations, transportation information, and what you can and cannot bring into Fan Fest, among many other things.

If you have issues with the PPA (such as a ticket or towing, even if you had the Lemon Hill Permit), please dispute the ticket or towing on the PPA website here or by emailing EngagePPA@philapark.org. You can also call PPA Customer Service at 215-683-9730.

For additional information about SEPTA routes in our neighborhood, check out SEPTA’s FIFA website here. Below is some important information and a map of our neighborhood that you can also find on the SEPTA website.

Ridehailing for Uber/Lyft will be in the following areas, with a map below of the geofence around certain areas in the neighborhood.

Designated ride-hail drop-off and pick-up locations are available for attendees traveling to and from Fan Festival. Event signage will direct pedestrians to the following locations:

  • East side of 23rd Street between Fairmount Avenue and Aspen Street
  • East side of 22nd Street between Aspen Street and Brown Street
  • North side of Fairmount Avenue between 22nd Street and 23rd Street
  • North side of Poplar Drive between 26th Street and 27th Street
  • West curb of 34th Street adjacent to the Philadelphia Zoo

During Fan Festival operational hours, a geofenced ride-hail area will be in effect in the surrounding neighborhoods to help reduce congestion, improve traffic flow, and enhance public safety by limiting frequent stops and unsafe vehicle movements.

Residents with mobility needs may request a WAV (Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle) through their rideshare provider or inform their driver that they require door-to-door service due to a mobility limitation. Accommodations will be made to allow access within the geofenced area.
