The next meeting of the Fairmount Civic Association will be on Thursday, May 29th, 2008, at The Philadelphia Mennonite High School, 860 North 24th Street.
There are refreshments at 7:00 PM and the meeting begins at 7:30 PM.

Do you travel to 30th Street Station or University City regularly? Do
you wish there were a direct public transit link from Fairmount to
these destinations? The Parking and Transportation Committee of the
FCA and FCDC has put together an online survey to gauge interest in
such a service. You can find this survey here. We hope to make
the argument to SEPTA and other organizations that there is a
significant demand for transit service to the train station and the
university area. Please take a moment of your time to fill out the
survey and email the link to any neighbors and friends you think might
be interested. Questions about the survey can be directed to
